Add a New User or Employee to the Network

Here are the minimum data items required to provision a new employee account:

  1. Full Name (as indicated on their official ID)
  2. Personal Email Address
  3. NMLS Number (and name if different than above)
  4. Cell Phone Number
  5. Last Four Digits of their Social Security Number
  6. Date of Hire:
  7. Position
  8. Services(email, server, shared folders, other applications)
